- You are required to attach a copy of previous Zimbabwean visa if available.

- You need to provide a valid passport for at least six months upon arrival
- A passport size photo
- Passport scan of bio-data page
- Proof of residence in country of origin or domicile
- Invitation letter and business profile
- Business letter from sending company
- Previous Zimbabwean visa (attach copy if available)
- Business profile of traveler (applicable to prospective investors)
- Visa application form
